Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unworn and unused

  • in its original condition

  • and in its original packaging

You’ll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Please note:
All returns must first be approved by our team before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

At this time, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Store Credit & Exchanges

Approved returns are eligible for:

  • store credit

  • or exchange

Store credit is issued digitally and can be used toward any future CALÉA purchase.

We do not currently offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • your item is damaged

  • defective

  • or incorrect

If there is an issue with your order, we’ll work quickly to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • sale items

  • gift cards

  • worn items

  • or items returned outside the return window

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@thecalea.com and we’ll assist you with the process.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must remain:

  • unworn

  • unused

  • with tags attached

  • and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is also required.
